1. Mentorship Programme Access
By submitting an application and enrolling on M.U.S.T PSC, you agree to participate professionally in one-on-one mentorship sessions and follow the preparation schedule advised by your mentor. All guidance and strategic materials provided are for your personal examination preparation only.
2. Application & Selection
Submission of an application does not guarantee enrolment. Each application is reviewed individually based on batch capacity and candidate profile. The decision to accept or reject an application rests solely with the mentorship team.
3. Enrolment Validity & Fees
Mentorship access remains valid for the number of calendar days specified at the time of plan selection. Because enrolment secures a reserved seat in a strictly capped personal batch, fee payments are non-refundable once an enrolment is confirmed.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar.
